These office buildings were the former executive headquarters of Hein-Werner Incorporated.  Building A was designed to be used as a mixed-use office, training center and light manufacturing.  Building B has a single story high bay design which allowed for a maximum tenant flexibility with a mix of hazardous and non-hazardous occupancy.
