A 3,500 SF interior alteration of an existing multi-concept Food Court Space to a Usinger's Deli & Bar.  Architectural work included: dining spaces, full service bar, service areas, and back of house.  The front of house design brings you back to the old fashioned days of the deli.  Finish materials were carefully selected and include: rich cherry wood tones, tin ceilings, polished marble, off-white subway tile, and overhead lantern pendant lighting create a rich historical feel throughout the space.  Framed black & white historical photos are grouped in a collage format and mark the deli's earliest accomplishments. Special attention to lighting including indirect cove lighting at the soffits, create a warm atmosphere for travelers.
