The TecStar Project is a 96,000 square foot addition to an existing 71,000 square foot light manufacturing/office building. The addition houses an increase in office and light manufacturing space (with four 10-ton crane bays) along with warehousing. Construction includes heavy-duty slabs on grade and precast concrete exterior wall panels along with steel roof structure.
