St Lucy Church was constructed in 1996 and soon after started to experience serious building envelope deficiencies resulting in rainwater leaking through the masonry wall systems.  Haag Muller, Inc. was retained by the Church to develop design remedies for the building envelope and to perform some remodeling design work.  We also served as the Construction Manager for the project to ensure construction quality control.
