M.G. Atrium Design/ Build Project 5150 N. Port Washington Rd. Milwaukee, WI

 

This 60,000 square foot multi-tenant office building focuses interior offices around an elegant central two-story sky-lit atrium and landscaped exterior court.  The building uses an innovative structural system integrating exterior architectural precast panels and structural steel, which allowed erection in one week and saved the owner 3% in cost compared to typical construction systems in use at that time.
