This is a new 2-building retail development consisting of one 9,895 square foot building and one 14,548 square foot building, with a shared courtyard-type parking arrangement.  Access to the development will be conveniently located off of both CTH “L” and Lakeview Drive (only blocks from I-43).

Both buildings will be similar in appearance, having a blended residential/commercial appearance with sloped roofs, split-face masonry, lap siding, exterior “plaster”, and large storefronts.  One building will feature a drive up service lane.  And both buildings will feature covered/shaded walkways in front of the storefront entrances with landscape buffers between walkways and parking areas.  And yes, there is a view of Lake Michigan from this property!
