This is a new 5,300 square foot, 3-bedroom, 2-1/2 bath residence located on a sloping site facing Johnson Falls flowage.  The home features a high volume living/dining area open to a loft space above, lower level living space and bedrooms with views of the flowage, and a wrap around deck at the main level.  The plan is arranged to dovetail with the specific lifestyle needs of the Owner, and all public and bedroom spaces are situated to capitalize on stunning views of the flowage, and to allow daylight to wash the spaces.  The home’s exterior design is a hybrid “style”, consisting of strong horizontal lines, low profile hip roofs, and use of natural materials such as stone and cedar siding and shakes.  This house will be the retirement home of Haag Müller, Inc.’s foundering principal.
