BEFORE

Our Project "Mission" was to update the existing exterior concrete block structure constructed in the early 1970's.  Remodeling design work included a complete interior redesign, an exterior "Face-Lift", and the addition of a three lane Drive-Thru-Teller service with canopy.  

The interior work included new partition layouts and interior finishes so as to enhance the Credit Union's functional layout and update the appearance.

The exterior remodeling was accomplished by overlaying the existing exterior concrete block with brick and an Exterior Insulated Finish System (EIFS), changing the roof lines and upgrading the glazing system.

The remodeling efforts resulted in a more aesthetically pleasing structure and an energy efficient building, which functionally could handle an increased customer volume.
