This is the side street elevation of this beautifully reconstructed Grafton home.

The residence had originally been constructed with a flat roof and was in need of some renovation, remodeling and updating.

A dining area, living space and exterior deck were added to the "river view" side of the house.  A hip roof was designed to harmonize with the angular plan so as to pull the whole scheme together, which provided a very effective design solution for the owners of this desirable river-front home.
