Fuzzy's Pub & Grill
627 E. Main Street
Waukesha, WI

Sitting on the edge of commercial development in the City of Waukesha; Fuzzy's Sports Pub & Grill has been a part of it's neighborhood for many years.  The new Owner has the vision to see this business as a vital part of the neighborhood's revitalization and came to Haag Müller, Inc. to see his vision come to reality.  The Phase 1 & 2 revitalization includes a major parking lot redesign and a complete building face-lift.  Additional off-street parking with a safe traffic pattern, new lighting, and landscaping highlight the site redesign.  The existing building is a mix of painted cmu block and poured concrete walls.  The building face-lift consists of applying a specialized E.I.F.S (exterior insulation finish system) coating to the predominantly visible portions of the masonry block building.  We are using a premium finish to match clay-fired brick and granite.  In addition, we are enlarging the front windows for better visibility into and out of the pub.  Each of these windows will have decorative metal eyebrow awnings finished in a Kynar copper color.  The copper color will also be applied to doors and window frames to carry the copper theme throughout the metal materials on the building.  The remaining portions of the building, less visible to the street, will be painted to match the color of the E.I.F.S brick, providing a smooth color transition from one material to the other.  These changes will be remarkable upgrades to the appearance of this existing building.
