- PROJECT FEASIBILITY STUDIES
Assemble and compare various project proposals so that you, the Owner, can make the best decisions. We will assess with you and the users of your proposed facility the appropriate and necessary requirements and develop a functional, efficient and aesthetically pleasing arrangement for these areas. Evaluate a site for it's appropriateness, building location and orientation, parking, landscaping, drainage and utility extensions.
Prior to developing the construction documents, we will review the proposed project with you and determine the most cost-effective building system and construction approach.
- ENERGY PLANNING, MANAGEMENT STUDIES & SOLAR ENERGY DESIGN
Determine the most cost-effective methods of heating, cooling and illumination. By accessing the maximum solar energy potential for your building, you will be increasing it's energy efficiency, and in short, save you money.
- ARCHITECTURAL & ENGINEERING DESIGN
Prepare preliminary designs to develop cost estimates to secure financing. We will submit preliminary plans to local planning commissions, architectural review boards and zoning boards for approval.
Produce plans with CAD that can then be used for your Facilities Management after occupancy. Produce complete project drawings and specifications for construction, including industry-standard agreements/contracts between you and the Contractor. Develop written specifications and product installation standard for your project.
- INTERIOR DESIGN & SPACE PLANNING
Interior Design includes, in addition to space planning, determination of furnishings, finish materials, colors and spatial relationships. This service compliments the Architecture and occupancy of the building taking the design to a more polished level.
- PERMITS, PROJECT VARIANCES, CONSTRUCTION OBSERVATION & SUPERVISION
Procure the necessary permits for construction. Obtain any required building code and local zoning variances. Observe your project during the construction phase to ensure that it is built according to plans and specifications.
- DESIGN / BUILD
We will work with either your Contractor or ours to develop the most cost-effective project with a "fast-track" occupancy.
- ADA FACILITIES AUDIT
Assess your new project or existing facility for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and local barrier free codes and ordinances.
- REMODELING, RENOVATIONS & POST OCCUPANCY REVIEWS
Upgrade your existing building to accommodate your new or expanded use; review your existing facility to optimize your space planning for future remodeling, additions or a new space or building.
- HISTORIC RENOVATION & ADAPTIVE RE-USE
Review your historic structure for Federal, State or local financing and tax credit eligibility for upgrades and redevelopment. We will produce construction documents for your renovation or re-use project in accordance with standards set by the appropriate authorities.
