All West Plastics Antioch, IL

MGS Manufacturing (Germantown, WI) is in need of additional clean room manufacturing space at their All West Plastics facility in Antioch, IL.  Haag Müller, Inc. performed a site assessment of the property to determine the largest addition possible, taking into account current zoning, storm water detention, and building code requirements.  Combined with these requirements was the need to either work around an existing ingress/egress easement, or to seek an abandonment of the easement.  MSG is currently assessing their specific needs, relative to the addition scenarios presented, and will be narrowing down the direction of the project scope.
